Thank you for visiting and shopping at CITRUS LUST. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days
Delivery estimates depend on the destination within Australia and the courier used (e.g., Australia Post or equivalent logistics providers).
All orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging with no indication of the contents, in order to protect customer privacy.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Tracking numbers usually become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
CITRUS LUST is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order for international shipments.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@citruslust.com as soon as possible and provide photos of the product and packaging.
Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product arrives damaged or faulty.
Where appropriate, we may assist in investigating shipping-related claims with the carrier.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
You may also contact info@citruslust.com, and we will assist where reasonably possible in investigating the issue.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@citruslust.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
